By registering with the NIMD Knowledge Hub you agree to the following terms and conditions:

The NIMD Knowledge Hub is intended for use by all members of the NIMD network. That means NIMD staff and partners organizations who implement NIMD programmes.

How we use your data

The NIMD Knowledge Hub will store the details you enter when registering (name, email address, organization, job title and, number of years in organization). These details will be used if we need to contact you via the Knowledge Hub (for example, to send a newsletter to the NIMD network).

Your details will be stored solely in the Knowledge Hub database. They will not be shared with third parties for any reason.

Other users of the NIMD Knowledge Hub will be able to access your email address, from a dropdown list. This means that they will be able to send you an email including, for example, a link to an interesting page or document on the Knowledge Hub.

Please note that, if you share a document with NIMD Netherlands that you would like us to upload to the Knowledge Hub, we will always provide appropriate credit. NIMD Netherlands will be responsible for deciding how and where to publish your document.

Who has access to the Knowledge Hub?

It is important to note that the Knowledge Hub is not a closed environment. Anybody who has the link is permitted to create an account.

That means that, although the Hub will be used primarily by the NIMD network, there is also a small possibility that people from outside the network will also have access to the information in the Hub.

Please note that the website developer and website host also have access to the Knowledge Hub. This is to ensure maintenance and continuity of the site.

How will NIMD NL protect your information?

In order to protect your information, we will only share the link to the Knowledge Hub with members of the NIMD network. In addition, staff at NIMD NL will monitor new registrations to the Hub.

We would also ask you to be aware that the URL of the Knowledge Hub should not be shared with people outside your organization.

In addition, we ask all users to create a unique password of minimum 8-characters. This password must include at least one upper case letter, number and special character. This is designed to minimize any risk of hacking.
